INSIG, privatization formula changed

In the fourth effort for selling INSIG, the biggest insurance company in the country, currently owned by the Albanian state, the government is changing the privatization formula again.

Different to the last model of 2008, the privatization adviser will assist the Ministry of Finances in the privatization procedures and will prepare a report for the assessments of the state owned INSIG shares.

The company that will asses the shares will also monitor the sale process for 100% of the shares that today belong to the state.
