The former members of the Kosovo Democratic Party, Fatmir Limaj and
Jakup Krasniqi, announced the Initiative for Kosovo, the newest
political party that was made official today at Prishtina’s “Palace of
Youth”.
The Initiative for Kosovo will be led by Fatmir Limaj, while the chairman of the National Organization of this party is Jakup Krasniqi, who presented the program.
“We need a stronger state, because that is the only way for our citizen to feel proud of it, wherever he goes. The initiative for Kosovo will guarantee all political and material conditions for fair and democratic elections”, Krasniqi declared.
Fatmir Limaj declared that this initiative is not just a political party, but the return of hope to the Kosovo citizens.
“From today, Kosovo will have a new initiative. This initiative is not one party more, but it is a signal that the change in Kosovo is possible. Initiative for Kosovo will be based on principles”, Limaj declared.
The founding council of the Initiative for Kosovo is made of Fatmir Limaj, Jakup Krasniqi, Llaz Sherifi, Izet Ibrahimi, Muharrem Kuci, Imri Llazi, Xhevat Bislimi and Sejdullah Hoxha. Other names of this party will be announced in the days to come,
