An operation has started in the Diber district to inspect the lumber that has been cut from woods, with many violations found.
The Forest Directory in cooperation with the police have identified dozens of other cases and have seized a total of 100 cubic meters of lumber.
Road blocks have been built throughout the district to inspect the illegal transportation of lumber.
Most of this activity is illegal, and Diber is one of the districts with the highest level of damage, keeping in mind the destruction of the Lura Park.
