The National Inspectorate of Urban Construction failed three times
before bringing down a construction built illegally at the Elbasan
Street, which should have already been demolished at 15:00.
The demolition was planned with explosive, which made authorities deviated circulation of vehicles.
The inspectors had discovered that the building had no permit. They surrounded it and started preparing the explosion.
The owners rejected the decision and confronted the construction inspectors, causing the police to intervene.
