Anti-terror official’s son disappeared
On the eighth day of the disappearance of Julian Cela, his father, Skender Cela, vice-director of Anti-Terror Unit at the Albanian Secret Service has communicated with the Prosecution, giving details about the disappearance of his 10-year-old son on November 30th, near Lapraka, Tirana.
Cela has given all details, saying that the child was seen in an internet-cafe until 16:00, and then he disappeared. The owner of the internet cafe declared that Julian was called from someone outside.
The Police say that they have been unable to find any information, but they say that the child might have run away from home on his own will. Police says that some information was given, saying that Julian was seen buying a hamburger in a fast food shop four days after the disappearance.
The relatives felt that the Police are not taking the matter seriously, and that this information is untrue. The relatives suspect about a kidnapping case.
The vice director of the Anti-Terror Unit at the Secret Service asked the police to investigate the disappearance, since Julian has disappeared for almost nine days.
The relatives have made a more detailed investigation than the police, questioning everyone who says to have seen Julian on November 30th. They have placed his photo everywhere and have received phone calls by people. However, there have been no results yet.
