Hunting without respecting any criteria even in protected parks, has made dozens of species to disappear from our country.
The government decided to ban hunting for two years, but will this decision be effective? The Minister of Environment, Lefter koka, asked an inventory for the current situation, in order to make the balance after two years.
“We will make a full inventory of the fauna that exists in Albania. It is as important drafting a national program for hunting, which will reflect the objectives for a constant development of hunting, and methods for reaching them in 10 years”, Minister Koka declared.
The Moratorium aims to suspend all hunting permits and agreements. Based on the recent decisions, the measures for the violators mount from 100,000 ALL to the confiscation of their guns.
