On the 7th day, three protesters have been obliged to abandon the hunger strike, while two others continue with very difficult health problems.
The leader of the hunger strike, Mybere Prizreni, appealed to the government to meet their economic demands. If their goal will not be achieved, their life outside will be as difficult as inside the hunger strike.
“We hope to receive a decision from the government to interrupt the hunger strike, otherwise we will stay here until the end”, Prizreni declared.
The hunger strike has worsened the health of these tetra and paraplegic persons, most of whom live only on the state’s economic assistance.
