Hotel donated to Shullazi for “gratitude”

The Prosecution is investigating the donation documents of the Arabian
company “Saudi Brothers Commercial Company”, which has given to Emiliano
Shullazi the former “Vollga” hotel in Durres, involving even the Kodra
family as part of the donors. Informal sources said for Top Channel that
the owners have been extorted, but they have not reported it.
This case has been reported to the Durres Prosecution by the Secret Service. The investigations were held a few months ago at this city, and then the case was divided in two parts. One part, for money laundering, was sent to the Serious Crimes.
However, police has to wait for a declaration from the owners if they have given it away with their own will. Emiliano Shullazi, Gilmando Dani and Blerim Shullazi will appear in court for extortion not only for this episode, but also for 1200 square meters of parking area in Tirana.
The Prosecution says that besides Jani Zaka and his father, Arjan Zaka, another cousin of them has been extorted, named Mario, who was ordered by the suspects to convince them for the financial operation.
