Excise for domestic beer will be changed from 360 ALL per hectoliter to
400. But for import, it will be reduced from 710 to 600 ALL.
The double sized difference aimed to protect domestic production from international giants. The wine excise will also be raised with 73% for domestic product, and 47% for import, unifying them to the same norm of 5200 ALL per hectoliter.
Both changes have a negative annual budget effect of 55 million ALL.
The second tax is that of car insurance. Last year the government decided to remove the 20% VAT and replaced it with a raw 3% taxd. The Ministry of Finances say the measure was not transmitted to consumers, but was taken by insurance companies. The government proposes to increase taxes with 10%, which will bring 450 million ALL to the budget.
The government proposes to return the tax for properties for 50.000 hectares through the entire country, collecting 180 million ALL more.
Another tax is that of hotels, with 140 ALL. The government say this could bring 430 million ALL of revenues.
