High school director arrested

200.000 to 400.000 ALL were needed for a high school diploma from the Jani Fullani school, in Krasta, Martanesh.

The Police arrested three people over corruption charges. Bashkim Leti, dhe director of the high-school, Kadri Gjoni, a former teacher of the school, and Sajmir Levonja, a mediator.

Police declared that they used to find people from the Albanian capital who had not been able to finish the high school, and  gave them a regular diploma from Martanesh, in exchange of 200.000 to 400.000 ALL.

Sajmir Levonja was the person in charge for finding the interested buyers, while the documentation was given by Kadri Gjoni, former director of this high school, in cooperation with Bashkim Leti, the current director.

Police found documents of people related with this corruption affair and a considerable amount of money profited from this illegal activity.
