High Councils of Judiciary and Prosecution members appointed by lottery
06/02/2018 11:28
The members of the High Councils of the Judiciary and Prosecution who don’t come from the judiciary were appointed by lots, not by votes, due to lack of consensus.
Being the third list that is formed without votes, this one will remain in power, appointing members from the ranks of lawyers, professors and civilian society.
Before the lots were cast the Socialist Party removed Kozma Jano from the list since he was being verified by authorities either he had cooperated with the communist secret service or not.
