The High Inspectorate for Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict
of Interests has filed a report at the Prosecution General against
Ambassador Agim Isaku and two judges, Ken Dhima and Klorinda Cela, all
accused of hiding their assets.
The High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets accuses the ambassador of hiding the transaction and source of EUR 147,000 he used for purchasing a 268 square meters apartment in Tirana; for hiding bank deposits of his relatives; for not declaring the source of a EUR 49,920 apartment purchased by his daughter, and for not declaring the annual periodic interests for 2010.
According to the High Inspectorate for Declaration and Audit of Assets, Judge Ken Dhima is accused of faking a declaration for the first installment used in the purchase of an apartment. The ALL 2,7070,000 payment was made to a construction company, and there is no declaration for the source of an ALL 1,050,000 deposit used for the purchase of this apartment. There is a fake declaration for an ALL 2,000,000 loan taken from A.Ç, for the purchase of an apartment in the “Don Bosco” area. He is also accused of faking other declarations and for hiding bank deposits.
Jude Klorinda Cela is accused of faking the declaration of the first installment used for the purchase of an apartment. The ALL 2,770,000 payment was for a construction company. The source of ALL 719,800 has not been declared, a sum used for the purchase of the apartment. She is also accused of faking other declarations and hiding some bank deposits.
