HIDAA, criminal report against Bode for false asset declaration

The High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets sent a criminal
report to the Prosecution General against the Democratic Party MP,
Ridvan Bode.
HIDAA says Bode is reported of refusing to declare assets or making a false declaration of assets, and laundering criminal acts.
“Bode was notified by HIDAA several times, but he refused to give explanations regarding his assets and the assets of the people related to him”, the document says.
After the report, the Inspector General asked the Parliament to take measures against MPs who dare ignoring the requests of law-enforcing institutions in Albania.
