Right after landing in Tirana, the Albanian football team drove to the
capital city center, accompanied by media and applauded by fans.
Their first stop was at the Municipality of Tirana, where they received the “City’s Key”.
Captain Cana thanked the fans for the support in France and at home.
The team then went to the Foreign Ministry where they applied for diplomatic passports, which will be given in sign of gratitude for what they gave in France
The team was then received by the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama. Then they will travel to the Presidential See for meeting with the Albanian Head of State, Bujar Nishani.
