The Iballa-Fushe Arres road is difficult and it looks like a icy tunnel. The snow level goes beyond 70 centimeters.
Gege Bejtja, the doctor who has been visiting patients of Iballa for 24 years, is known as a hero at this area. His phone keeps ringing and he always responds.
“It is very difficult to work here. It is a mission”, the Doctor declared.
Iballa has 1800 residents, who are blocked by 2 meters of snow each year.
