The road from Vlora to the “Cold Water” area has created a very long queue of travelers.
This road is very short, just a few kilometers. However, regardless of what government comes to power, or how many millions are invested, the situation remains the same.
People stayed in a heavy traffic for three hours this weekend, for more than 25 kilometers. Many police patrols tried to intervene, but it was too late to do anything about the situation.
