Heavy rains caused other floods today in Vlora. All roads were filled by
water, making it very difficult for citizens to circulate.
The situation seems worse in Pavaresia and Cole neighborhoods. Despite the measures taken by the municipality earlier this year, it seems they were not enough.
Landslides were reported at the Jonufri area, which have blocked vehicle circulation in the Vlore-Orikum segment.
