The Health Minister, Ilir Beqaj, led an inspection in pharmacies of
Tirana where he appealed citizens to request the purchase bill for every
health service they recevie, so that it can be returned through
investments.
“Everyone has the legal obligation to ask for the purchase bill, in pharmacies, dentist offices, etc. The law should be created so that we can also create revenues for the health system”, Beqaj declared.
A few days ago, a report of the Health Inspectorate declared that many clinics were abusing with the bill, making an unfair competition and reducing revenues in the state budget.
