HCJ approves proposition for president

The High Council of Justice approved the President’s proposition for appointing six candidates at the Court of Appeal.
Five of them, the former President of the Tirana Court, Fatri Islamaj, and Judges Elona Stavri, Elbana Lluri, Asim Vokshi and Artur Gaxha were candidates for the Tirana Court of Appeal, and Vojsava Osmanaj for the Court of Shkoder Appeal.
The request for appointing candidates to these vacancies comes a few months before the establishing of the Electoral College. In this meeting was also opened the vacancy for the President of the Court of Tirana.
The HCJ approved the Vlora Judge, Florian kalaja, as Legal Assistant to the Court’s President, Xhezair Zaganjori.
