The new road that connects Tirana with Elbasan will be complete within the year, otherwise, the company the will be penalized.
This is the warning of the Minister of Transportation, Edmond Haxhinasto,who answered to the critics of the opposition.
The Minister said the project has a huge problem with the tender.
The Democratic Party branch of Elbasan protested for the road and asked the government to complete it as soon as possible.
