Haxhinasto inspects Lin-Pogradec road works

The Minister said that all works will be over within the deadline. He added that the Lin-Pogradec road will be ready for the tourist season.

“We are dismantling the railways and working for reviving them. It is indispensable to repair them”, the Minister said.

The Lin-Pogradec road is the biggest problem for anyone who travels to Korca or the Kapshtica Customs.

This road is the only path for the trade with Greece, but rather than helping with the economy of this area, the road is one of the reasons why the economy is stuck in here.

The construction of the road started years ago and should be over by September 29th, according to the agreement. Last year, the government put it on the list of priorities and paid every debt created by it.
