Arianit Koci, lawyer of Ramush Haradinaj, said for Telegraf that the
Colmar Court will decide this Saturday for the extradition of the former
Prime Minister of Kosovo.
Koci said that whatever the Court decides, the final decision is up to the Justice Minister of France.
However, the lawyer of the former Prime Minister of Kosovo says the extradition cannot happen, since the claims made by Serbia are a recycling of old accusations that were treated by the Hague Tribunal, where Haradinaj was acquitted.
“Serbia is abusing with the international laws. They have a specific grudge with haradinaj, because of the war and battle he led against the genocidal regime of Miloveshic”, he added.
Koci said that Serbia is blackmailing France, by threatening to not extradite anyone that France will request from Serbia in the future.
