The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, sent a letter to the ambassadors of the five Quint countries, saying that Kosovo will remove the 100% tax on Serbian goods if some guarantees are created.
Haradinaj said that the USA and EU should organize an international conference for reaching a legally bound and all-inclusive agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
Haradinaj also wants international guarantees that the conference will exclude changes of the current borders.
Haradinaj said that the 100% tax was imposed as response to the frequent violations of the CEFTA agreements by Serbia, with the purpose to damage Kosovo.
