The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, met with representatives of the Arberesh community in Italy, inviting them to visit Kosovo more often.
“Kosovo is joining the families of the European people and this makes our spiritual and national ties even stronger”, Haradinaj said.
“You have been able to preserve through centuries the Albanian identity, language, and Christian values. I want you to know that we value you very much”, the Prime Minister said.
Haradinaj appealed Albanians to intensify their relations with the Arberesh community, in order to keep preserving this national asset and cultivate mutual friendship.
