The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, declared that he has not accepted the resignation of the Serbian List Ministers, but has invited each of them for dialogue; a dialogue that is yet to give results.

The Serbian List left the government after the arrest of the so-called Director of the Office for Kosovo at the Serbian Government, Marko Djuric after he entered the country without permission from Kosovo authorities.

Haradinaj informed that the government is working to draft the statute of the Association of Serbian Communes.

He said that they have already created the managing committee which is made of four Serbs, two from North and two from the south.

The draft will later be evaluated by the team led by Avni Arifi, and there will also be another team of international experts.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo said that the Constitutional Court will give its final word if the statute of the Association of Serbian Communes is valid or not.

As for the declarations of the Serbian List, who said that if nothing is done by April 20th, they will create the Association unilaterally, Haradinaj said that anything that is done without the consent of the Kosovo government has no legal value.
