Haradinaj after Serbian List leaves coalition: “There are other parliamentary groups”

After consulting with the Serbian President, Alexandar Vucic, the Serbian List decided to leave the coalition with Haradinaj’s government, spreading voices that the government would not stand.

But after meeting with the National Council of Security, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, dimmed the alternative of this scenario. He has no intention to resign and the Parliament has other parliamentary groups for new coalitions.

“Yesterday’s decision was not addressed to Serbian citizens, but to those who violated the law.  Gjuric could have entered Kosovo if he had waited 72 hours”, Haradinaj declared, adding that his arrest yesterday was unpleasant, but obligatory since it was an implementation of the law.

Underlining that the only solution is cooperation and dialogue, Haradinaj said they are open to discussing with Serbia to advance with various topics of dialogue.

As for the Association of the Serbian Communes, Haradinaj said that the warning of the Serbian List is rushed, as long as there is no proper communication.
