Halloween in Tirana

Lira visited one of the many clubs that celebrates, and she spoke about the day that commemorates the spirits of the dead and of martyrs, a holiday that became very popular in the US and that was embraced by other countries too.

“I saw many people wearing masks and costumes today. Many young people have left their daily commitments to celebrate this holiday”.

The young chose their masks carefully and try to not get recognized by others. Others chose to wear Venetian masks rather than scary costumes, commemorating this way the wounderful decor of Venice, Italy.
