For the first time during his electoral campaign, Dr.Halim Kosova made a
concrete promise about drinking water. Kosova declared that Tirana will
have running water 24/7 within the first term.
“I promise that Tirana will have water 24/7 within the first term. We have taken all measures and this is not an empty promise. We have made the calculations, seen the resources and worked with Specialists. Tirana will remove the deposits and pumps that make our city ugly”, Kosova declared.
Kosova promised from Petrela that he will pave more rural roads for connecting villages and will reduce taxes with 30%.
“In the first two years we will build 100 roads of European standards, with sidewalks and everything. 30% of all taxes will be reduced, because that’s what the law allows me”, Kosova declared.
Kosova says that the citizens will be the ones to sign for every project. No project of the municipality will pass without their opinion.
“I will not sign if you don’t say so”, Kosova added.
In Petrela, Kosova promised to repair schools and sport areas.
