Prime Minister Edi Rama will return to Greece for the second time on his tour of meetings with the Albanian Diaspora living and working in the neighboring country.
This time, the head of the Albanian government is expected to meet with the Albanians in the northern city of Thessaloniki, on Sunday at the “Porto Palace Hotel”.
Top Channel has learned that on this occasion, Greek ultranationalists have planned to hold a protest.
In the rally to be held by the Greek nationalist associations in Thessaloniki, during the PM meeting with the Albanian Diaspora, the main speech will be delivered by the head of the Greek ultra-nationalist party, the National Front, Dimitris Valasidis.
It is learned that during the protest, flyers with the words “Freedom for “Vorio Epirus” will be thrown on the street, referring to the claims on the southeastern territory of Albania.
Valasidis has also participated in the protests that took place on the “vorio-epirus” issue in front of the General Consulate of Albania in Thessaloniki.
