Greek President congratulates Archbishop Iannullatos for Albanian citizenship

The Greek President, Prokopis Pavlopulos, congratulated Archbishop Anastas for receiving Albanian citizenship.

Pavlopulos expressed his appreciation for the citizenship and wished Merry Christmas to the head of the Albanian Orthodox Church through a phone call.

The decision for giving Iannullatos Albanian citizenship received positive comments from Albanian and Greek politicians and media.
