Greek former Finance Minister: “Dissolution of Macedonia brings Greater Albania”

The former Greek Minister of Finances, Yanis Varoufakis, presented his new party in Greece, MeRA 25, part of the new pan-European movement, the “Democracy Movement in Europe 2025”, where he underlined that the name issue with FYROM is tied to the creation of a Greater Albania.
“It is necessary to understand that the biggest danger from our neighboring country is not demonstrations about Great Alexander, but the dissolution of the country itself”, he said.
He declared that there are armed Albanians in Tetovo, ready to divide Macedonia with the logic of a greater Albania. This, according to him, would be a threat to the national interests of Greece.
