Great number of Kosovo tourists in Albania

109.073 people have crossed the Albanian borders in the last 24 hours,
67.299 of which have entered the country and 41.774 have left.
Official data of the Interior Ministry state that 41.774 foreign tourists have entered Albania. The busiest border checkpoint is that of Morina, with 20,178 people, which shows a great flux of Kosovo tourists who visit Albania.
After Morina, the busiest checkpoints are those of Kapshtica and Kakavija. The number of Albanian citizens who have traveled abroad only yesterday, on Sunday August 7th, is 13.714, a very large number, if most of them are traveling for tourist purposes.
At least 15.600 vehicles will add to the already heavy traffic in the country, mainly with tourist intentions. This Sunday was one of the busiest day in the history of the Albanian summer season.
