In some graphic images published by the Albanian authorities, is seen the moment when a black car approaches the service station, firing the bullets and leaving quickly.
The serious incident happened on May 21 this year. The 38-year-old object of the assassination was transported to the hospital but due to the wounds he received he could not survive. The victim had returned from Spain about two weeks ago. Troqe was reportedly in prison several years ago. He also served a prison sentence in his teens.
He owned a speedboat service in Vlora, near the place where he was executed. It also offered speedboat services mainly during the tourist season. Preliminary suspicions of the execution of the 38-year-old are the disruption of drug deals that he may have had outside the country.
Shortly after the event near the village of Sherishtë in Vlora, an Audi type vehicle was found burning, which is suspected to have been used by the perpetrators for the escape.
