Online monitoring of the gambling industry will be realized by a private
company, and the Ministry of Finances has publicly announced the tender
for the company that will build, operate and maintain the central
system.
The Minister of Finances has published the criteria, with a pointage system. 30% of the points will depend on professional criteria, 40% from technical criteria, and 30% will be related to the financial bid.
The government says that by passing this service to private operators, they will make a stronger control of money circulation in the gambling industry, with the purpose to better collect taxes and fight tax evasion.
