The Ministry of Education will publish the full report of the Higher
Education Inspectorate for all the Higher Education Institutions that
operate in our country.
The General Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Plarent Ndreca, started it with the “Vitrina” Higher Institution, in which they found 27 legal violations from 37 criteria that have been in total.
They are preparing a criminal prosecution against the leaders of this institution, while the Tax Directory and the Labor Inspectorate will be asked to make inspections after finding a series of legal violations.
“The Vitrina Institution has operated in activities for which they didn’t have a license from the government. This is the verification of the criminal act, and the materials will be sent to the Prosecution, which will verify how this process worked”, Ndreca declared.
This institution, which operates in a building that doesn’t have a construction permit or an operating permit, and that has a negative financial balance, has offered diplomas for programs that have not been licensed by the Ministry of Education.
“We will defend the interests of every student. The Vitrina Institution has started operating without a license from the government, two years before the license they were supposed to receive from the Ministry of Education”, Ndreca underlined.
The Ministry of Education guarantees that they will support the students, but without violating the law. This puts in question all the diploma of the students and that have not been recognized by the Ministry of Education.
