The government meeting of this Wednesday focused on the conclusions
deriving from the meeting of the 28 Foreign ministers of the Eu, who
decided to grant the candidate status to Albania.
The Minister of European Integration, Klajda Gjosha, declared that the government will focus on fulfilling the five priorities, the administrative reforms and those of the judiciary.
“We are working to establish the work groups to follow the completion of the five priorities. We hope that we will have the conclusion in a record time. We will continue with one of the requests that keeps coming from the European Commission and the other members, which is reducing the migrating pressure to the Eu and the number of asylum seekers. I would like to tell you that the Albanian government continues a deep cooperation with the Albanian police, with all member countries, to reduce the number of asylum seekers from Albania”, Minister Gjosha declared.
