The Albanian government has paid 140 million EUR of compensation for wrongfully firing its employees.
A study of INFOCIP brings other shocking data, not only about the long time that the fire employees have to spend in courts but also for the high fees.
People fired from the administration need an average of 840 days to find justice. If the case is taken at the Supreme Court, it goes at 1730 days or 4.7 years.
