Government doesn’t realize investments

Although the Minister of Transportations was present in Parliament for
the budget of the next year, MPs asked explanations for the weak
realization of investments for this year.
The government has realized only 55% of the investment program so far.
“We have the funds that are needed for realizing the objectives. This means that we must focus on the quality of spending”, declared the Socialist MP, Anastas Angjeli.
“This money that we divide among the state budget for these vital sectors that are related directly to the quality of peoples’ lives are still there. We showed this with the normative act, but we want it to be demonstrated in a daily executive activity”, declared the Head of the Commission, Erjon Brace.
