The new tower that is going to be built behind the Tirana Hotel will be 111 meters high, with 30 meters above the ground, five under.
The National Council of the Territory approved the construction permit, a request from the Geci company, which owns the Tirana Hotel.
A permit was given in April 2017 for this construction, with the “Aner SH.P.K”, owned by Geci, joining the permit.
The National Council of Territory has also approved the permit for building eight small hydropower plants, five in Reka and Shishtavec, the Kukes Municipality.
In Zharres, Fier, a new implant will be built for treating petroleum residue and its sub-products.
