The Greek Parliament voted to removed immunity of two Golden Dawn MPs, Christos Papas and Constandinos Barbarousis.
The two MPs closed the Kakavija border with Albania in 2013, supported by dozens of their neo Nazi members.
Their protest was for the Greek cemetery in Permet, and for the death anniversary of Aristotel Guma in Himara.
Now Greek authorities will be able to investigate the MPs freely, who are also accused of being part of a criminal organization.
In 2013, holding flags of Greece and of their party, Papas and Barbarousis promised to raise the Greek flag in Permet, saying that Albania feared the Golden Dawn, being the only party whose program is to hellenize Southern Albania.
In September 2013, six Golden Dawn MPs were arrested for being part of criminal organizations. They were accused of ordering two murders, dozens of murder attempts, illegal arm possessions and other violent attacks since 1987.
