Representatives of the four religious denominations in our country have delivered a common message of awareness about the situation created by the coronavirus epidemic and the measures taken to stop its spread.
Baba Edmond Brahimaj, Pastor Ylli Doçi, Imam Gazmend Aga and Dom Gjergj Meta, through a joint video message, appealed to the citizens to respect the measures taken and to stay at home.
“Love one another as oneself”, is a part of the message delivered by the four representatives, implying that staying at home and keeping good hygiene is a way of caring for others.
They add that God is with the Albanians and say they are praying for all those who are at the forefront of the fight against the pandemic.
“Hi brothers and sisters, children, youths, Albanians wherever you are, you are not alone. God is with you! Our hearts are with you! Your loved ones are with you, we pray for your health, for the sick and injured. We pray for the medical staff and are grateful for all their sacrifices. Stay home and maintain your health. Remember the elderly and the needy. We are Albanians and we love each other, we support each other. God be with you,” read the message by Baba Edmond Brahimaj, Pastor Ylli Doçi, Imam Gazmend Aga and Dom Gjergj Meta.
