The Prosecution filed this Monday at the Court of Serious Crimes the case against former Prosecutor Haxhi Giu.
The former Prosecutor of Kruja will stand in trial for passive corruption.
Giu was arrested after he was filmed accepting 40.000 EUR as a bribe for changing the court verdict for a convict.
