The coach of Albania’s national football team, Gianni de Biasi, was
voted Person of the Year by Top Channel’s internet viewers, who
participated in this year’s annual poll that our website has been
organizing for the past 12 years.
The Italian coach of the Albanian football team has still a higher influence than other Albanian personalities to our people, due to the performance of our team in the European Championship France 2016.
The second most voted personality is Albania’s Prime Minister, Edi Rama, and Mayor Erion Veliaj is listed third, with a small difference.
Arber Hajdari also received a lot of votes, known for his charity campaign “A Different Weekend”.
Fifth was US Ambassador Donald Lu, and right after him was singer Era Istrefi, who left fine musical marks during 2016.
The other most voted are Ilir Meta, the National Football Team, Footballer Armando Sadiku and politician Ben Blushi.
