Germany, Albania officially “safe country of origin”

Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro have officially been listed as safe
countries of origin by Germany. Asylum seekers will be admitted in
asylum centers, but their time of residence in these centers will be
longer than three months (six months) and the obligation to leave
Germany will be valid during this time.
This decision is part of the plan to handle the new and high waves of refugees. The German government foresees more funds, more personnel, but also more limitations, as confirmed by Chancellor Angela Merkel in a press conference.
Besides adding three billion EUR to the fund for refugees, three other billion EUR will be given to communes and states. They will not receive cash for their stay, for which was insisted more by the CSU of Bavaria.
