The German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) has focused more of its attention in Balkan, especially in Bosnia-Herzegovina, according to Berliner Zeitung. The fragile states of the region have turned into a concern for the BND, says Deutsche Welle in a special article.
Two weeks ago, Bruno Kahl, Chief of the BND, spoke about the creation of weak states in the region which could get affected easily from civil wars, and that could serve to terrorists as operative areas.
