The vice leader of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group at the German Parliament, Johann Wadephul, said that the EU High Representative, Federica Mogherini, has encouraged dangerous plans for exchanging territory between Kosovo and Serbia.
The German newspaper, Der Tagesspiegel, interviewed several German MPs before the meeting that is organized by Merkel and French President, Macron, for a meeting with Kosovo President Thaci and his Serbian counterpart, Vucic.
Vucic and Haci have spoken openly about the possibility of exchanging borders, and Der Tagesspiegel reminds that Mogherini may have also agreed to this: “There is no guarantee that the border exchange would be focused only to Serbia and Kosovo”, said Wadepuhl.
