German ambassador visits Top Channel

Accompanied by press office representatives, the ambassador met Top Media President, Mrs. Vjollca Hoxha, and main directors of National Television Top-Channel.

During the warm and friendly meeting, they exchanged opinions on press freedom and Albania’s current events.

The German ambassador expressed her positive opinion on Top Channel, its audience and professionalism, considering the presence of a critical media in front of government authorities as an indispensable guaranty for a democratic environment.

German ambassador valued the crucial importance of rule of law and of a fair justice system in justice implementation.

German ambassador’s visit in Top Channel premises at the “Pyramid” is another important contact of Top Channel directors with the diplomatic corps accredited in our country. This visit aims mutual information exchange on current events and on Albania’s media standards and freedom.
