Germany has also greeted the oath taken by the eight Prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption at President Ilir Meta.
“We greet the oat taking of the eight prosecutors, members of SPAK, which marks another important step in the judiciary reform”, said Ambassador Zingraf.
I welcome the swearing in today of the eight prosecutors from the Special Prosecuution Against Corruption and organized crime (SPAK). The beginning of the SPAC’s work represents another important step in the comprehensive reforms of the Albanian judiciary. I wish the SPAK prosecutors a lot of strength and energy for their important task. The increased fight against corruption and organized crime is one of the keys to further progress in the EU integration process. Germany will continue to be a close partner to Albania in this way!
