Genti Sejko is the new Governor of the Bank of Albania. The Parliament
approved the Presidential decree with 105 votes in favor, 3 against and 4
abstaining.
The candidate for Governor, Genti Sejko, presented his platform at the Committee of Economy, which decided with consensus to accept the decree and sent it to Parliament for voting.
Mr.Sejko underlined that his priority will be transparency and the defense of consumers’ interest.
The candidate for governor also said that it is important to cooperate closely with the international partners.
