A few days after taking their oath at the Presidency, the new Ministers
have also appointed one of the most important officials, the General
Secretaries.
Gazmend Barbullushi was appointed at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs; Geraldina Prodani at the Minister of Finances and Economy; Elira Kokona at the Ministry of Culture; Kledia Ngjela at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
Some names have changed ministries, but not their roles. Koli Bele moved from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy to the Ministry of Edication, Youth and Sport, replacing Plarent Ndreca, who moved at the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, led by Blendi Klosi.
Gentian Kleri has also left the Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism, Trade and Enterprise to join Damian Gjiknuri at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
